Error with post status for user initiated drop using widget

edited Sep 10, 2018 7:37PM in Taleo Learn 1 comment

Summary

Post status retains completed default

Content

When users drop an enrollment themselves, the post-status retains the default (completed) status instead of a post-status of incomplete. It appears to work correctly when our learning admins update the users to user dropped manually.

Has anyone else come across this? Our users use the widget to enroll/drop. I tested it out on the few pages classic pages that we use and the issue does not occur when users drop themselves on classic pages.

As far as I can tell it only impacts in the reporting. It does not appear on the admin view of transcript or transcript for user. You can see the post-status as complete in the View enrollment users area for users that dropped themselves using the widget.

Howdy, Stranger!
