Can't update translations within questionnaire

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We need to translate questions and responses from a questionnaire we have for all new hires.

We went to set-up and maintenance -> job application -> question library and, within HR Checklists folder, we used the option to edit the question to translate them and, update question (and save it as active) to translate the answers.

However, when I click in preview, the responses are not getting translated.

Can someone advise here?
