How can we remove the Delete action from the Action menu in fusion workspace landing page

Summary:

We want to remove the "Delete" Option from the action menu in workspace objects.

Content (required):

As shown in below . We have removed it in page layouts but that is reflecting to individual object level only , but when we come to workspace->opportunity in the actions we can still see the 'Delete' Option.
