OCI: "linux-config" Package Update Starts The firewalld service

SYMPTOMS

oci-linux-config package updated to the version 2.0-1.0.25.el8.noarch started the firewalld service 

$ systemctl status firewalld
● firewalld.service - firewalld - dynamic firewall daemon
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/firewalld.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)
   Active: active (running) since Sat 2023-08-05 13:32:56 GMT; 1min 39s ago

 Main PID: 16000 (firewalld)
    Tasks: 2 (limit: 99872)
   Memory: 24.0M
   CGroup: /system.slice/firewalld.service

CAUSE

This issue is due to BUG 35681144


SOLUTION

This has been fixed in OCI-LINUX-CONFIG-2.0-1.0.26.EL8.NOARCH package version 

To fix, update the OCI-LINUX-CONFIG package to above version
