OTBI Report unable to generate employment information prior to 2020

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

Summary:

We have an employee department dashboard which majority of our users run on a daily basis. This dashboard has prompts to support the kind of data that the user is looking for, we are able to run the report and view data with an effective date 2020 onwards. However, when we go in the past 2019 we cannot see any employment related information in the report where as we see all the fields like location, Business unit populated in the application.

Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this issue.
