For external registration requests, emails are being sent out to supplier with email address which doesn't look relevant to business or could be moved to spam.

For example: exbi-dev2.fa.sender@workflow.mail.us2.cloud.oracle.com

Could you please advise whether this email address can be updated which looks authentic to supplier?
