Hello,

We are experiencing an issue using the External Candidate Experience skill when a candidate tries to check their application status using the DA.

If the candidate is not already authenticated on the career site (applied for a job in that same session, signed in to manage their profile, etc.), the Digital Assistant asks for their email address that was used for applying which the candidate provides. Then, the DA always returns an error stating 'Sorry, an unexpected error occurred' rather than sending the candidate a 6 digit verification code to enter in. Below is an example:
