Lost permssion to everything

I was experimenting with creating stack and cluster I created one with MuShop then destroyed it and was trying to create a stack with Oracle Cloud development kit and it failed then I noticed that I lost all permissions on my account I can't view resources or edit policies and can't create new compartment either

I think destroying the first stack might have deleted policies or something

Note : My Tenancy  is still active and I can access my vm via SSH so everything is still running
