Is it possible to skip Manager's approval using Job Level Hierarchy?

Content (required):

1.      The PR approval is in Job Level hierarchy. Below is the sample PR and the approval routing based on Job Level.

2.      Checking the Manage Approvals, the hierarchy is followed for the 2nd stage.

3.      The 1st approver has “IT Manager” job with job level 40.

4.      The approval should start with Senior Manager with Job level “50”.

5.      Below is the 1st rule PR condition for lowest job level which is 50 – Senior Manager

6.      Is it possible to skip the 1st level to what has been generated based on the sample PR mentioned above. It should go to the next approver – Senior Manager and Up.
