How to build relation between item and supplier?

can we build a default relation between the item and supplier from the item definition level 

Example:

If we have Item X123 and we build a relation between this item and Supplier **** so

When we try to create any purchasing document like PR, or PO and select Item X123 we find the defaulted supplier **** selected from the predefined relationship without an agreement before.
