User Name on reassign or delegating approval

Summary:

We are using SSO for logging in to the fusion application. Employee Number is numeric, as a result of which when an approval notification is sent to the approver and if the approver tries to reassign or delegate the notification the delegate name sees the user name only (which in our case is a employee number). Is there a way if we can see the email address along with the user name in the list of value without having to go to advance search.
