When we use ODA via MS Teams it seems to be receiving the word "Help" when first installed. How do we change that?

When we use ODA via MS Teams it seems to be receiving the word "Help" when first installed, presumably to invoke the help intent of the Misc Skill and present the help cards. We have disabled the help cards and are using a simple user greeting and a custom Help intent to provide some simple guidance and a link to our sharepoint site where further help is available. Can we change the invocation word from "Help" to "Hi" as it is in Oracle Fusion so that our greeting is displayed? Where is the word "Help" held, I have been unable
