How to grant Compensation Managers access to Compensation Plans for their full (and only) AoR ?

Within a compensation plan, a Compensation (HR) Manager should access only the people of its scope (Area of Responsibility).

Available solution (Act as maanger's Proxy) do not allow that when Managerial and HR organization are not fully aligned

Content (required):

Our Group is currently implementing the compensation module and has setup a number of compensation plans – with most a plan usually covering a Business Unit. These Business units may themselves have multiple countries.

Plans are managed by a central HR team via the Compensation Administrator role (creation of the plan, transfer to core HR…) and local HR teams via the Compensation Manager role (day to day management of the campaign, interactions with managers, mass imports…)
