How to remove link from two level report?

Summary: Two reports with slightly different definition: the first is one level 'Report Definition One Level' and the second report has two levels 'Report Definition v3'. Both reports contain the same columns and filters, but the results do not match.

I have been looking and exhausted available options unless there are inaccuracies based on how the reports are build.



Content (required): Trying to match the data which is not useful when I try to get to the report to review the data the 'Report Definition v3' does not pull the correct results.

I'm seeking answer to how to remove the link between the two level or/and what am I missing that the results are not matching?
