As per Oracle documentation, two-way communication for SMS currently works with Twilio and Syniverse providers only. We are a client base in Mauritius. According to Twilio, "At this time, Twilio doesn’t offer sales assistance in your country." and upon checking the regulatory compliance rules and guidelines page, it shows that Two-way SMS supported = No for Mauritius.

We would like to know which service provider should be used for Mauritius
