For Employees with Global Transfer we need a new merit record for the new assignment.

Summary: We follow a practice where we run daily refresh workforce compensation data process with following parameters:

  • Refresh Column Defaults
  • Refresh Primary manager hierarchy
  • Reevaluate eligibility
  • Refresh Date: Plan cycle date (yearly cycle)

For the Global transfer employees we need the new merit record for the latest (new) assignments but the daily refresh deletes the data in the new merit record.

We cannot stop running the daily refreshes. So what can be a solution / work around for this case?
