Documents in Help Desk vs. HCM
Summary:
We are planning to implement HR Help Desk and Case Management for grievances and disciplinaries.
I was wondering if the documents used in a disciplinary process, for example a written warning, which is signed by the employee and HR Rep, are retained in Help Desk, or is there integration to the Employee - Document of Record on HCM?
