Total Compensation Statement vs. FTE (Working Hours)
Summary:
We are using elements with default value equal for all employees. It's because all calculations (multiplied by FTE) are done in external payroll tool. Payroll team wants to keep amount of some elements always equal for FTE = 1 in Oracle. From the other hand when employee with FTE < 1 is checking his/her TCS he/she see amount for FTE = 1 (which is wrong).
Content (required):
Display in TCS correct value of the element (multiplied by FTE) for the element with predefined input value.
