Change escaping character in TCC import

How to change the escaping character in a TCC import

Hello,
I am creating a TCC import with double-quotes as quotation character. As of now, by default, the escaping character is also double-quote.
I would like to change it to another character, like simple-quote, while keeping the double-quote as quotation character.
I figured it could maybe be achieved with an advanced option in the General Tab but I cannot find documents about this.
Is there any way to achieve that?
