Absence Plan balance is showing negative after employee terminates
Summary:
Hi All, Employee has 5 leaves as balance and he availed 4 leaves then employee terminated, the balance should be shown as 1 but it is showing -0.2 instead.
Plan was enrolled on April 1st 2023, employee terminated on 22nd August 2023.
Plan Details:
Plan type: Accrual, front loaded, April-March yearly repeating period Enrollment start:As of event, Enrollment end:As of event.
Balance is credited on pro-rate basis if employee joins in between the financial year.
Please help me on this issue.
