What role is required to allow the HR helpdesk agents to view and reply to internal messages that are sent via a conversation.

Content (required):

The HR Help Desk Agent only has access to their messages when the Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Administrator role is assigned to their user. Should they have access to their messages found by selecting 'My New Messages' below from the role Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent?
