The use case is approved with workaround/limitations and it works well, but the rule is impacting in the external carrer site validating fields that not even avaliable there.

HCM Product: Recruiting

Short Description: When the specialiist is creating an canditate in the recruiting module, the autocomplete rule must validate if the phone number is not null for this candidate and then show an error message when exit region if it's null.
