We manage our own online I-9 form for Onboarding, and the new version of the I-9 has verbiage changes to the citizenship responses. How can I update the responses?

I'm not able to find the configuration of the I9Citizenship field so I can update the responses that changed on the newest version of the I-9. How can I do this? Is this managed by Oracle?
