How to Default values for AP Invoice header level DFF

For certain country specific Invoices, we have local requirement to have 'Regional Information' and 'Taxpayer representavive' at header level.

We have enabled DDFs at Invoice header>Additional Information page to capture this info. There is only one value for both of these fileds but user needs to manually select it everytime they book an invoice. Is there a way to default these fields with one value? Please see the attached screenshot to understand it better.
