Hello, 

In the Leads object, for the Lead Details page, we have the OOTB contact address section enabled by default. So whenever the user adds a contact in the existing contact field and clicks Save and Continue in the creation page, the contact address section gets auto-populated and will be visible in the details page. We have a scenario in which users add a contact on the lead creation page and want to see the "Contact Address or address section in the creation page itself so that after they add the contact, they can see the address details and make changes
