Changing background check provider from Taleo Onboarding to Taleo Recruiting

How to enable background check from Taleo Recruiting versus Taleo Onboarding?

Our company is moving to Sterling as our background check provider. We are using Verified Credentials as our current background check screening service. We were not aware that Sterling background check is available only for recruiting as our background check process is set up in Onboarding. We have reviewed the documentation and there's nothing in it about how to setup in recruiting and we cannot find a qualified Taleo consultant to assist us.
