Validation error when importing segment values and hierarchies

Hi,

When importing segment values, I receive this error:

"ERROR :: Validation failed for value:PROV

ERROR :: Validation failed for value:FED

ERROR :: Validation failed for value:CROWN

ERROR :: Validation failed for value:CLAIMS

ERROR :: Validation failed for value:SI

For this version, 5 values couldn't be validated. No further processing was done for this version. (GL-781733)"

Since these are parent values, the other 3000 values fail to import. Here are the FBDI inputs:

I viewed Doc ID 2741421.1 on Oracle Support and am not understanding. What validation is it doing that is causing it to fail? Can I not import summary values at all and if so how would one import a hierarchy?
