Offer letter display on screen versus downloaded format

Hi Team,

We have created a offer letter which has headers, footers, borders etc, a lot of efforts were made to get the look as per client's requirement.

Now the problem is it looks distorted on the screen but when we download the letter, it looks good in proper format. Screenshot below - the black box had logo which I had masked.

Is there a way to resolved this any way.

Or a workaround we are looking for is to just show the screen from below without showing the letter. Is it possible?
