How to update the qty in the ATP allocation rule post HVGOP setup

Summary:

We have opted for the HVGOP as well as multi-tier allocation

We have also created an ATP allocation rule with the new Tiers created.

By default this allocation displays only % split where as we need to use actual numbers. Oracle suggested that we can update the number using rest api but we are unable to update the allocated qty using the rest service.
