Oracle Planning Pod is Down What Are My Options

One of my Oracle Pods has randomly become unavailable, what are my options

As of the morning of August 24th, one of our active Pods started displaying a 502 Bad Gateway error when accessing the URL, either directly or through the Cloud dashboard. I am also not able to log in using EPMAutomate. We did NOT make any configuration changes, including access IP lists or sign on methods. The night of the 23rd, it was up, the morning of the 24th it was down. I put in an SR with Oracle and I got an automated message saying that there is an unexpected outage in my Pod. About
