Summary:

We have a 51 line expense report that will not allow us to Submit the report, due to this error You must enter a number less then the maximum value 1. (FND-3119). There are no mileage and all the meals have a balance of zero (with 4-14 people on meal lines)

I have attached the error message during Submit and I have attached the diagnostic report too. No answers that I can see.
