Campaign audience skills search
Summary:
We are reviewing campaign functionality and have been trying to use the skills search under the audienace section. When you enable 'Skills' on the application - there is an open text field for skills and then a skills type field with a LOVs associated to it. We would prefer not using the open text field because applicants can indicate whatever they want, including spelling errors, etc. We have researched and understand we can not tie the skills field back to a LOVs, so we are wondering if there is a way to search on Skill Type instead when defining campaign
