Summary:

I have a requirement from the business to create a section within Skills and Qualifications with 2 pick lists: the first list is the category and they'd like the second list to be contextualized to the first list and only show skills related to the category. For example: list 1 category would be Analysis and list 2 skills would be Forecasting, Brainstorming, Troubleshooting and Interpretation. Is there any way to accomplish this, and if so how, or would we have to use 1 field with a value like Analysis - Brainstorming?
