How to integrate AVAYA CTI with Oracle B2B service
We are starting a new implementation for Contact center where the telephony provider is AVAYA AIC 7.2 on prem client and we want to add it as a toolbar in Oracle Fusion B2B Service.
Has anyone worked on this before? Is it feasible to do?
