Default Payroll Details on Global Transfer
Default specific payroll details using design studio and/or autocomplete functionality
We often have employees that transfer from one company to another and we want their payroll balances to transfer with them. The checkbox used to transfer balances is often missed, causing employees to exceed certain max balances. To make this less of a manual process, we would like to default the "copy balances to the new employment record" checkbox on global transfers as well as automatically populate the Process Information Group. Has anyone achieved this using design studio and/or autocomplete? Thanks in advance for your assistance!
