Autocomplete rule to default BU based on Legal Employer

Hi all, 

we have created a Use case to request the implementation of an Auto complete rule to require a default feature for which upon entering the Legal Entity the system returns the referenced Business Unit. This Use case has been approved to us by Oracle and we have also received the auto complete pod keys. We created a Sandbox to run a test but it is not working. Next to the field name for example Legal Entity we also find "ID", could it be that it does not recognize the specific ID? If so, how can we proceed? Please see the screen
