Approved Offer details should get attached to candidate profile

Summary:

When an offer is submitted for approval a notification is triggered to approver/s and once all the approvers approves it, that offer approval and approval history of the same is not available for recruiters in the system which is required for Audit purposes.

Is there any way we can automatically attach the entire offer approved notification alongwith approver hierarchy to candidate profile as a pdf once all the approvers approve it?
