We have defined two custom security roles for Time & Labor .

We have defined two custom security roles Time Keeper role and TL Manager custom role .

When we attached these two roles to person (Who is the Time keeper) , and when we searched for Team Time cards under Employees.

the person is direct reports to 45 employees only, but 56 employees coming, based on the analysis Direct reports and their reportees also coming.

Could you Please provide any suggested solutions to fix this issue.
