Absence entries are not going into error

Summary:

We have an absence type where we are changing the eligibility profile from a specified date, for example 6-Aug-2023. If there were absences already raised with a future date if we run evaluate absence the absence is not going into error in UI. However, in the evaluate absence log we could see the error stating " JBO-ANC:::ANC_ABS_ENTRY_NOT_ELIG: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>ANC-3405085</NUMBER><TEXT>This worker isn't eligible to add absences of the selected absence type.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>". For these absence entries calculation cards are generated and when we run Payroll it ran successfully, without any error. Has anybody encountered the same scenario and what could be the possible
