Payment method update

Oracle Ireland are using an incorrect payment request method to valid my credit card.

The amount Oracle Ireland requested was €93.

At least in Ireland, a payment request method called "3D secure" is required for transactions above €50.

I get a notification on my phone and I have to swipe right to approve the transaction.

Amounts lower than this use another payment request method that's less secure.

Because the request was for more than €50, the "3D secure" payment request method is required.

If it's not used the transaction fails.

Oracle Ireland took this to mean that the payment method failed, when in fact it was the use of an incorrect payment request method for amounts greater than €50 that caused the transaction to fail.
