Is there a possibility to mass update a Helpdesk request?

Hello all,


I am wondering if there is a way to mass update a Helpdesk request in the Next Gen Oracle HR-Helpdesk in 23B release.


I am looking for the ability to mass assign requests to a specific person.


Furthermore, I didn't find a way yet.
