OCI: CUPS Not Printing Duplex After Migration Of Services From On-Prem OL6.10 to OCI OL8.6

SYMPTOMS

CUPS is unable to do duplex printing on OL8 instance, i.e. multi-page jobs are not duplexing, but rather print only single-sided.

OCI Server CUPS version is CUPS 2.2.6
