Summary: Customer has started using HCM Communicate and would like the Alternative Contact Details enabled.


Content (required): I have gone to Manage Administrator Profile Values and searched for HCO_COMMUNICATE_CONTACT_PREFERENCE to set the option to Yes at the site level, but I cannot find the profile. Is there another task I should be selecting? I have all of the security roles/privileges assigned to myself that are listed in Administering HCM Communicate 23C.
