    When candidate has moved to HR they have errored during processing. The error that is displaying is

    JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.script.ExprScriptException, msg=JBO-25185: Exception in expression "util" global function subString(java.lang.String,Integer,Integer) : java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException


    can anyone help me investigate what this could potentially be please?
