Summary:

Divide count of employees by total number of employees

Content (required):

Hello experts,

As the title suggests, I was trying to fetch the percentage of employees on leave by job on an OTBI report. So far, I was able to get the count or number of employees on leave by Job and by week, but wasn't able to quite nail down the percentage bit.

The requirements something like -

Say, there are three jobs on the system - Fancy Job Title1, Fancy Job Title2, and Fancy Job Title3 - with 5, 10, and 15 employees respectively.

Some of them go on leave, and after a while we have a report that looks like this (uses a pivot, with aggregation as count distinct)

Howdy, Stranger!
