Summary:

Error when loading cost allocation and cost allocation account via HDL/HSDL

Content (required):

We have received following two errors for some employees when loading the cost allocation and cost allocation account business object by HDL/HSDL.

The assignment number is valid and the effective start date is same as the employee's hire date. It only happens to a small amount of employees under the legislative data group.

When trying to add the cost allocation through responsive UI page, the system throws this error: too many matching records found. specify additional criteria to limit the number of records. It worked fine when adding the cost allocation through classic UI page.
