Expense template - Translation

Summary:

For a customer we need to have the expense templates available in at least 3 languages. Is it possible to create 1 template and have it translated based on the users language preferences?

Content (required):

Currently we create 3 templates, all in their own language with identical setups. This is not ideal from a setup and maintenance perspective.

Is it possible to use the translation editor? I can't find it in the setup but I am using it in the expense lookups. So that made me wonder if it's available for the templates too.
