I'm curious about the capabilities of the 23C release for the Next Gen HR-Helpdesk regarding mass updates. Despite my exploration, I haven't come across any buttons or actions within the Helpdesk interface that would allow me to accomplish this task. Could it be that this particular feature is not yet available in the 23C Release?
