Error in Creating Inspection Plan using REST API

Summary: I am getting error while creating Inspection Plan using REST API

Content (required): I am trying to create Inspection Plan using REST API. It works perfectly file when one specification is in request payload.

But erroring out with the message "You must provide a value for these attributes: Target" when second specification is used in the payload.

Let me know if any additional header need to be added when adding multiple specification in payload.

I am not sure on the error message. I am following the payload format mentioned in API guide and also on support.
