Resize the reference doclet in powerpoint file

Hi everyone, I have reference doclet linked to report package and im opening in Power Point, when i start check out and embembed content, the content choosen its the doclet and the doclet its a grid, i insert the grid into the powerpoint and RESIZE to adapt to the page but the problem its when i update and ends with check in to refresh the whole reportpackage the content related (grid) become to the standard size like if i had embembed again and i need it to a specific format.
